Tray 5 of 27 / Day 1 of 14

A picture says a thousand words so here's the progress report. 

I mentioned to Xtina [http://xtina81.blogspot.com/], a fellow blogger, that I forgot to change my trays the other day. I changed in to tray 5 a day late. The time between trays goes really slow in the beginning but flies now.

FLOSSING

The invisalign creates temporary spaces between my teeth with the tooth movements. Particularly my 2nd and 3rd molars. A lot of food gets caught in between almost every time I eat. If that happens to you, make sure you floss and get all the food out. The plastic will cause tooth decay if there is food in between your teeth while you have the aligners on. Be careful ...

KISSING WITH INVISALIGN

Doesn't bother me ... my boyfriend didn't notice. I did mention I had them on after the fact. 

 

PHILIPS SONICARE DIAMOND CLEAN - CONSUMER REVIEW

Who needs flossing with diamond clean? Just kidding. You should still floss but it gets a lot of the food out and cleans your teeth like no other. Love it. Worth the investment.
